Your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send are available to us so we can read and respond to your request. Please send only the information needed for your question.

Comments
If you leave a comment where a comment form is available, WordPress records the submitted comment, name, email address, and website, along with the IP address and browser information used for spam prevention. Your email address is not displayed with the published comment. An avatar service may receive a hash of your email address when avatars are enabled.

The weekly workout log can be downloaded without submitting an email address. Following a retailer link takes you to another website, where that retailer’s privacy policy and purchasing terms apply.
